From the lagoon to the table
Out in the bay, seed oyster beds and send the fishing boats out. Back on land, your cows supply milk for the creamery and your vines supply grapes for the cellar. You decide what to sell fresh, what to age and what to keep for the bistro.
There’s family life here, too. Your younger sister writes home from her travels. Between harvests, take a look along the riverbanks, where wading birds gather among the lily pads.
